Featuring PLC control with a touch screen operators control panel, the ECO+ Preformer adds a new dimension to automatic preforming. Once an initial setup is stored in the database flash memory, the operator has easy recall to each product and the ECO+ Preformer automatically sets the correct operating parameters.
The operator then simply samples the preforms on the connected weigh scale and if the weight is not in tolerance the machine will automatically adjust the cutter speed to meet the correct requirement. Human adjustment and supervision is therefore kept to a minimum.
