New agent in Germany for Barwell

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rolf Schlicht GmbH as our exclusive sales agent for the German market for the complete range of Barwell rubber processing machinery.

Our multi-application rubber processing equipment has helped rubber factories to maximise their efficiency through equipment speed and accuracy, reducing material wastage, as well as minimising downtime through machine reliability, and helping customers to produce high-quality and complex products and increase profitability.

Barwell innovates using new technology to ensure the latest compounds can be processed and the requirements of smart factories are met.

Nick Ballinger, Sales Manager at Barwell says of the new partnership, “We are very much looking forward to working with Rolf Schlicht to develop the growing German market with our operator-friendly range of rubber processing machinery, as well as supporting and reconnecting with our existing customers.”

Our aim is to support customers through the lifetime of their machine and offer machine upgrades, technical support, spares, preventative maintenance, and emergency breakdown support.

Ian Turner, Sales Director at Barwell has also identified current customers as a priority, “We are excited by the potential opportunities available by working in co-operation with Schlicht, particularly by ensuring existing Barwell owners get the most from their Barwell through service and genuine spare parts and consumables, control upgrades, and expert processing advice.”

Rolf Schlicht GmbH is very respected and experienced and has a proven sales portfolio (SAGITTA, Battaggion Group, Fontijne Presses and Wallace) in the rubber manufacturing and processing sector, as well as their own brands RS POWDERTECH and RS MULTICUT.
